Nice to meet ya!

Get to know me (if you want to).

My name is Maddie, and I'm a queer photographer living in Portland, Oregon.

I picked up my first camera as a teenager and honestly, I’ve had one in hand ever since. I’ve been photographing my favorite people and places for seven years now (!!) and I feel lucky every single day. I get to explore the Pacific Northwest, west coast and beyond with my partner and a backpack full of film and memory cards, just photographing cute people in love. It’s nuts!

In 2016, I graduated from the Pacific Northwest College of Art with a B.F.A. in Photography, but I’ve learned the most about my craft from endless practice and persistence.

I’m based out of Portland, Oregon, but I am always willing (and stoked!) to travel.

All people + all bodies are welcome here.

We might make great friends if...

  • You’re obsessed with old film photo booths

  • You’ve got a Dolly Parton record collection worth bragging about

  • You spend your rent money on Kodak film and soy lattes

  • You love to thrift, but you’re really bad at it

  • You spend every weekend driving around looking for adventure (read: good photo ops)

  • You feel most at home behind the wheel

  • You feel most calm in front of the ocean

  • You think brunch is without a doubt better than breakfast

My partner and I did a couples lifestyle session at home and we were blown away with our photographs! They felt so much like “us” and we will treasure them for a long time...

Maddie took my senior photos and I adore them. Truly a treasure years later. Not only is she immensely talented she is a kind and wonderful person to work with. Highly recommend and I would definitely book her again!
